Mills Software ("we", "us", "our") built the JobBinder app. This page explains how the app handles your data. Mills Software does not collect, access, or receive the project content you store in JobBinder.

JobBinder does not collect personal data or project content from you. Information you store in the app can include:

• Photos and videos you capture
• Voice memos you record
• Text notes and materials checklists
• Documents and attachments you add
• Any settings or preferences you configure

This information stays under your control and is stored through Apple's iCloud services, including iCloud Drive, not on servers operated by Mills Software.

JobBinder does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not collect usage data, device identifiers, or location information.

JobBinder relies on Apple services for storage and syncing. We do not share your data with analytics providers, advertisers, or other third parties.

Your data is stored through your Apple account using Apple's standard storage mechanisms. Files are kept in standard formats (photos, videos, text) with no proprietary encoding, and Mills Software does not run a separate backend for this data.

Children's Privacy

JobBinder does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require account creation or personal information to use.
